These beautifully handcrafted Charcoal body soap bars are made with coconut, sweet almond, canola and olive oils. These unique bars contain rich, deep musky scent-blend I've designed myself.

My special soap formula will help get you bubbly clean even in hard water areas.

I spent quite a lot of time experimenting to get the design I was after and I'm quite chuffed with the results. Black and white striped design using uncoloured soap and activated charcoal. Topped with charcoal rock salt for a finishing touch.

Soap care

I'm sure you know, but I would just like to say it's important to let your soap dry after use. Why? If let sitting in a pool of water it will make the soap go soft. There's nothing wrong with the soggy soap, it just means it will be soft and slippery, and will not last as long. I keep mine resting out on a bamboo soap rack. It has slats on it so any water drips off and away. I did have a soap dish and found it just sat in the water as it had no where to go, so I got soggy soap.

Ingredients

A blend of coconut oil, olive oil pumice, sweet almond oil, canola oil. Distilled water and sodium hydroxide to make the lye solution (very important for soap making otherwise you just have a body butter). Then I mix up frankincense, patchouli, Hyssop, peppermint essential oils and musk fragrance (linalool is a component of some essential oils). Activated charcoal to create that deep black and the white soap is just uncoloured soap. Final touches with a sprinkle charcoal dusted rock salt.
